On March 22, 2021, the Minister of Justice, Fadei NAGACEVSCHI, attended the meeting of the Council of Europe High Level Working Group on Justice Reform, created under the auspices of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe in 2020 to support Moldova in its efforts to reform the judicial system.

Today, January 22, 2021, at 15:00, the first meeting of the Commission for the selection of candidates for the position of judge at the European Court of Human Rights took place, during which the meeting of the eligibility conditions of the 13 candidates, established by pt. 17 of the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the national competition for the nomination of candidates for the position of judge at the European Court of Human Rights by the Republic of Moldova, approved by Government Decision no. 850 of November 30, 2020.
