The National Holiday of the United States of America, the Independence Day, offers me the opportunity to congratulate you and the entire American people, to wish good health, prosperity, strength and perseverance in developing all ideals of the American nation.
I strongly hope, Excellency, that the commitment of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova and the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, mutually agreed by adopting a Declaration in January 2020, will contribute to strengthen the bilateral partnership in combating corruption, also, to improve governmental transparency, to promote a free and dynamic civil society by ensuring a qualitative, impartial and fair act of justice for all citizens of the Republic of Moldova, without discrimination.
