The Ministry of Justice informs about the initiation of drafting the Government Decision that will lead to approvement of modifications and improvements in some legislative acts, regardind litigation procedings against the persons whose actions or inactions have determined or contributed significantly to the violation of the provisions of Convention for the defense of human rights and fundamental freedoms, established by judicial decisions.
For the purpose of drafting the mentioned document in an efficient manner, all the interested individuals and institutions are invited to submit suggestions and recommendations till march 5, 2020, by sending them to the following e-mail: zinaida.carp@justice.gov.md.
