Today, March 4, 2020, the Minister of Justice, Fadei Nagacevschi had a working meeting with the Chairman of the Association of Banks of Moldova, Nicolae Dorin.
During the meeting, were discussed several topics regarding the interaction between the justice sector and the activity of the commercial banks. It was mentioned the need to optimize the exchange of data and information between banks and bailiffs, as well, the need to standardize the documents issued by them, in order to facilitate the activity of commercial banks in the Republic of Moldova.
Fadei Nagacevschi mentioned that, in this regard, a working group will be created within the Ministry of Justice with representatives of both institutions - the National Union of Baliffs and the Association of Banks of Moldova.
Mr Fadei Nagacevschi highlighted at the end of the meeting, that among the priorities of the Ministry of Justice is to ensure a good and efficient activity of the bailiffs, by creating a normative framework that would guarantee the respect of the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova.
